Simple questions that take less than 10-15 minutes of time to discuss by phone or email during normal business hours are handled free! If it appears that we will need additional time, we will let you know a base or estimated charge to expect before proceeding.
Our basic fee (deposit) is $30 for computer troubleshooting and $45 if it involves taking your computer apart (hardware issues) and is non-refundable if you choose not to have us perform the service. Service charges typically range from $65 to $95 and your deposit can be applied toward this cost. Website projects and consulting are priced according to your needs.
When you need service on multiple occasions, or have a specific project they are piecing together, a full-service monthly plan may provide the best experience at the best price. Ask for details!
Help Desk Requests labeled as URGENT (holidays and after normal 9am-8pm weekday hours) may incur an additional fee.
